Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Fashion Retoucher / Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, and the technical expertise to enhance and perfect visual content. This role involves retouching fashion photography and creating compelling graphic designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform graphics and fashion/product photo editing and composition tasks.
• Skillfully design placements on various products.
• Handle retouching and color grading for campaigns and social media imagery.
• Collaborates closely with photographers and graphic designers to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in retouching, graphic design, web design, and digital media.
• Proficiency in Capture One and a deep understanding of color grading techniques.
• Expertise in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Previous experience in fashion image retouching is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• A genuine passion for photography and fashion, with a keen eye for trends.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Portfolio is required.
