Job Title: Graphic Designer
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in the execution of high-quality creative pieces across a variety of digital and traditional media. Advanced design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are required.
While you will work autonomously with general supervision, you are expected to maintain a balance between conceptual creativity, excellence in execution, and brand consistency.
This role is ideal for a designer with a solid command of industry-standard tools, a critical eye for aesthetics, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Execution:Â Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media content, websites, marketing materials, and video graphics.
- Brand Consistency:Â Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives across multiple brands.
- Collaboration:Â Working closely with art directors, copywriters, motion graphics designers, and creative directors to deliver high-quality projects.
- Creative Problem Solving:Â Apply strategic thinking to design challenges, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge:Â Stay abreast of emerging trends, creative tools, and cultural shifts to improve the quality and relevance of designs.
- Mentoring & Feedback:Â Provide guidance and constructive criticism to junior designers, supporting their growth within the team.
- Project Management:Â Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and high creative standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong conceptual and executive skills , with knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and digital best practices.
- Experience in multi-channel design for social media, display, email, and video.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about creative challenges.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across different touchpoints.
- Excellent communication skills , with the ability to present ideas and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously , balancing creative exploration with practical execution.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to a collaborative and positive team.
Required Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or corporate creative departments.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related areas (BFA, BA or equivalent).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work, with a focus on branding, advertising, and digital media.
