We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team at Kodek Innovations. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing visually appealing graphics and materials that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
– Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, infographics, and website visuals.
– Create visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand identity and style guidelines.
– Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on stakeholder input.
– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality.
– Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other relevant parties to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
– Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
– Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
– A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles.
– Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
– Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
