We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join the MyShell.ai team. You will be responsible for designing compelling visual content across our website and mobile app to enhance our brand image and drive user growth.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead the establishment and continuous evolution of the visual style for the MyShell brand.
• Design various visual materials for events, advertising, and social media platforms (e.g., banners, key visuals, promotional graphics, etc.).
• Translate product selling points and business needs into attractive and conversion-oriented visual language.
• Collaborate with teams such as operations and marketing to produce high-click-through-rate and conversion-driven visual assets.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in graphic and visual design, with the ability to independently deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Familiarity with principles of visual communication and expertise in visualizing information effectively.
• Strong ability to manage overall visual style, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand tone.
• Understanding of user growth strategies and data-driven design, with sensitivity to click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working efficiently with product, operations, and development teams.
