SunFi.co is leveraging its heritage as a Distributed Energy Provider (DEP) to build a Clean Energy FinTech platform that helps Distributed Solar Energy Providers scale their clean energy business to millions of consumers in Nigeria and eventually other parts of the world. SunFi does so by providing Solar Energy installers and their consumers access to Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment plans, solution design & analysis tools, and supply chain partnerships that help catalyze the transition to clean energy.

Headquartered in Lagos Nigeria with plans to expand across Africa, SunFi operates a distributed workforce that combines remote and in-person work as needed to achieve amazing clean energy financing experiences. About the Role

As a Creative Designer, you will use your knowledge of typography, color, layout, and image manipulation to create visually appealing designs that clearly communicate our core product offerings to our customers.

You will closely with other members of the growth team to produce assets for print and digital and ensure that all deliverables maintain a look and feel that is consistent with the SunFi brand.

Job Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with the team, and take direction from upper management in an effort to create engaging designs for print and digital. You will be responsible for generating design concepts, executing revisions, and meeting deadlines. More responsibilities in detail:

• Develop visually engaging graphics design print and digital materials

• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline

• Use graphic design software (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Premier Pro, Corel draw) and work with a wide variety of media

• Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts on behalf of the company.

• Collaborate with and work on received feedback from other members of the growth team.

• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed.

Skills:

• A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem-solving abilities.

• A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Basic working knowledge of screen design tools e.g Sketch.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.

• The ability to receive, interpret and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.

• An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.

• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of design experience (agency experience is desired).

• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

• Up-to-date with the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
