Job Title: Growth Manager
The Role
As Eleven’s Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading revenue generating efforts across all of our services, but primarily our content marketing services. Your key focus and objective will be generating new leads and ensuring qualified opportunities are actioned effectively to increase revenue.
You will be responsible for building relationships and executing a growth strategy that includes identifying new marketing opportunities and expanding Eleven’s customer base.
Note that this is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Though a remote role, candidates must be based in the UK. Some weekly video meetings will be mandatory.

Growth Manager Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Having experienced exceptional growth through client referrals to date, Eleven is now looking for an experienced Growth Manager to help take us to the next level. We are looking for someone to initially focus on:
- Generating relevant leads using outbound methods
- Developing a short-term inbound strategy, whether using PPC or other direct methods
- Developing a long-term inbound strategy, potentially focusing on brand awareness and organic
- Taking calls with leads and landing clients
- Attending relevant in-person marketing events (expenses paid)
Longer term, focuses will remain on the above but also include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
- Helping account managers to nurture new and existing client relationships
- Identifying and actioning opportunities within Eleven’s existing network and your own
- Developing and implementing the organisation’s revenue growth strategy
- Developing and improving sales materials
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth
- Developing pricing strategies and implementing pricing models that maximise revenue
- Reviewing and identifying opportunities in productisation
- Communicating revenue goals, progress, and performance to executive leadership
- When the time is right, building out a sales and marketing team
Desired skills, experience and qualifications
- Native-level English
- Good understanding of Content Marketing
- Experience working in an agency or content environment in a growth-related role
- Experience creating successful revenue growth strategies
- Experience building partnerships
- Experiencing generating leads and landing new clients
- Excellent written and verbal communications and sales skills
- Significant experience managing and talking to clients via video calls or in person
- Experience working in an executive team and contributing to top-down strategies
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Motivated by the long-term growth of the company as well as long-term personal goals and rewards
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive in seeking solutions
- Willingness to respond positively to constructive feedback
- Strong work ethic and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using collaboration software (i.e., Google Workspace; Slack)
Pay, Bonuses & Logistics
- Salary: Serious salary with significant bonuses and share options available based on profit targets
- 40 hours per week; remote; flexible schedule (choose your own hours; some weekly meetings are mandatory)
- The role can be performed either as a contractor with a fixed retainer or an employee with an employment contract
