Job Title: Head of Commercial Execution

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
- Revolutionize our sales operations through the design and deployment of cutting-edge Sales Force automation solutions and ensure optimal usage
- Empower our sales team by developing and implementing a comprehensive capability-building strategy
- Cultivate a learning culture by designing and deploying a Learning Management System
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s competitive positioning
- Drive operational excellence by overseeing the back-office sales team and ensuring seamless support to the sales force
- Lead pricing strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
- Track, measure, and report on key commercial performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Expertise in sales force automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering business growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
