Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Helpdesk coordination, technical support, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and helpdesk ticketing system
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
