Home Manager

Home Manager for a private organisation who specialise in elderly care across the North East, in a medium elderly Nursing service. With Good CQC and Requires Improvement in CQC this service is looking for an experienced home manager to come in and achieve the goals of improving CQC rating, the service needs organisation and maintaining good care for the current residents.

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000, additional annual leave as well as incredible support from the regional team to ensure the very best care is taken both for your development and the residents needs.

Requirements

To apply, you will need to have:

• Home Manager experience, within an elderly care setting
• Preferably a nursing pin as RGN / RMN / RNLD but not essential
• A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
• Experience using Care systems such as Datix, PCS, Atlas and MiCarePlans
• An NVQ in social care management
