Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hotel IT support staff to join our team at Smart Hospitality & Business Solutions Limited. The role location is on-site in Lagos, and the selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to various hotels. The primary responsibilities include software installation, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as IT support staff or similar role in a hotel environment
  • Hands-on experience and technical knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and network infrastructure
  • Excellent knowledge of software and application installation procedures
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a relevant field is a plus
  • Applicable certification, including CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications is a plus
