Job Title: HR Manager (Remote)

CSGold is a young and dynamic startup in the gaming and betting sector, rapidly growing with ambitious future plans. We are looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our remote team, anywhere in the world. In this role, you will be crucial to our expansion, developing scalable processes and maintaining high levels of performance and morale within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage recruitment activities for multiple open positions simultaneously, from creating job ads to selecting candidates.
  • Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, focusing particularly on senior and managerial profiles.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into our operations.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to monitor and improve team performance, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Recognition Culture: Promote a culture of recognition within the team by celebrating professional successes and personal milestones.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Use recruitment data to refine strategies and enhance the quality of applicants.
  • Process Efficiency: Improve process efficiency by automating routine tasks and streamlining operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A professional with at least 1-2 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Project Management, preferably in the online casino, igaming, crypto, or fintech sectors.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity in a fully remote environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Tools: Experience with productivity and team management tools such as GSuite, Slack, Discord, Notion/Trello. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with team members and external partners.
