Job Title: HR Manager
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
- Recruitment: Source, attract, and select top talent for factory positions.
- Onboarding: Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
Staffing: Manage employee headcount, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Employee Communications: Ensure effective communication between management and employees. - Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting and feedback.
- Career Development: Support employee career growth and development.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Labor Laws:Â Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, including workplace accidents and injuries.
Worker’s Compensation: Manage worker’s compensation claims and ensure compliance with regulations.
Experience:
- 4-5 years
Benefits and Compensation
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
Compensation: Develop and manage compensation programs, including salary structures and bonusReporting and Analytics
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on HR-related matters.
