Requirements

• BSc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
• Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
• Membership of a relevant professional body: CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, or SHRM
• Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
• Practical knowledge of all HR functions
• A high degree of tact, diplomacy, and discretion is essential
• Candidates should live close to the work location.
