Job Tittle: HR Reward Analyst
Your core responsibilities
- Provide and prioritise analytical data in respect of the Reward team priorities for the business, including, carrying out all the necessary analysis for the annual salary review process.
- Compile and analyse data for the annual performance bonus process and provide support to the team through modelling, developing options and costs to support decision making and providing support for the management of the calibration process
- Conduct Gender Pay Gap reporting analysis for the annual Gender Pay Gap report
- Manage the annual holiday buy and sell process
- Manage all data in relation to share schemes and provide ad -hoc analysis as required
- Under direction of the Reward Director, complete and submit data to support external salary surveys / benchmarking
- Support the Reward Manager and Reward Director in the project management and delivery of new initiatives and programmes as may be required
- Provide information and advice to employees on reward and benefits
Our essential requirements
- >2 years experience in a comparable role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Highly analytical and comfortable with the manipulation of large data sets from multiple sources in order to generate insights and actionable analysis
