Job Title: Hubspot DevOps Engineer

As a HubSpot DevOps Engineer, you will drive the technical infrastructure of our operations. To help us build functional systems that enhance the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to take on responsibilities such as deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that align with our customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, familiarity with Ruby or Python, and the ability to collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure that software development adheres to established processes and performs as intended. In addition to technical expertise, the DevOps Engineer will play a role in project planning and contribute to project management decisions.

Your primary mission will be to implement and maintain tools like HubSpot and Front CRM while optimizing automation and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HubSpot and Front CRM implementations.
• Build Workflows in Hubspot and Arrows.
• Customize platforms to meet business needs and improve data flow.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Develop custom integrations and webhooks with tools like PipeDream.
• Automate workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing technical support for systems and integrations.
• Optimize project management tools like ClickUp.
• Working with software developers, project managers, and engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers.
