Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Apex Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer with a focus on Talent Advisory and Learning and Development (L&D). The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in advising on talent strategies, identifying high-potential employees, and implementing learning initiatives to support business objectives. Experience in the outsourcing industry is a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a track record of implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Proficient in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry or talent advisory role is a strong advantage.
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
