• 5-7 years in HR Operations Activities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/ MBA HR Must have handled and managed high Volume of manpower. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Experienced in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (Process and Policies) – Establishing & re-engineering periodically employee centric HR processes and policies, to streamline the entire employee life cycle (Hire to retire). Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, Post Recruitment Procedure. Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems and all facets of HR.
