JOB DESCRIPTION
Insurance Sales Advisor Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs. Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies. Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling of all our products (life insurance/investment and savings products and general insurance).
Ensuring adequate payment of monthly premiums by all clients.
Selling of pension option (Annuity) which is pension payment for life to newly retired and existing retirees from private companies,state and federal organisation.
Establishing good relationship with clients.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
He/She must build a good selling habit and also understand the needs of the customers and also communicate it to the daily production activities for appraisal.
EDUCATION
Applicants should have a minimum of BSc / HND / MBA Qualification.
EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year selling experience with any company, but any marketing experience in any financial institution in Nigeria will be an added advantage
SKILLS
A week training would be conducted for better skills acquisition.
REMUNERATION
A minimum monthly income between N70,000 to N150,000 shall be paid including, allowance; (But this is subject to your performance).
