Description
Job Title: Interpreter
We are looking for interpreters to assist non-English speakers with various activities. The Interpreter will provide interpretation services during various processes. Training is provided, and no experience is required. Only English speakers will be considered. Spanish-only speakers will be automatically discarded for this process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Precisely and accurately interpret medical information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient’s native language
- Interpretation and translation of direct service to physicians and other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality by policies and standards.
- Establish and maintain quality service and positive interactions with all patients, customers, visitors, and healthcare providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 90% English Level Required
- Full-Time Availability
- Laptop or desktop MAC not allowed
- Intel core i5 5th generation 8GB RAM minimum
- Noise Cancelling Headsets
- Working Station (closed space)
- 10 mbps Internet Speed
- Solid background
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, and pleasant, professional voice.
