About the job

The Investment Banker will work as the Chief Operating Officer of the company, assisting the GMD/CEO on daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Constructing detailed financial analyses

Preparing valuation report on assets, companies,

Preparing presentation materials including investment memoranda, pitch decks, and marketing documents from origination efforts

Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision

Assisting the GMD/CEO on day to day tasks

Qualifications

·        Minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience.

·        Capacity to take initiatives in line with the strategic objectives of FSL

·        B.Sc Degree with a minimum of Second Honours (Upper Division).

Relevant professional qualification(s) is an added advantage.
