Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

ERP IT Support:

• Process and validate assets and hardware.
• Complete auditing of physical hardware/inventory management
• Processing Audit Controls for various systems: Badge access, Active Directory & Floor Seating Software
• Field and log all basic trouble tickets and service requests through the ticketing portal.
• Assist with support and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers, telephones, and mobile devices.
• Assist with configuring and distributing new desktop and laptop computers.
• Process hardware earmarked for destruction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field with 1 – 3 years experience.
