IT Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively interact with team members and resolve problems
- Offer the fulfillment centers remote IT help, with a focus on promptly addressing printer issues to prevent shipment delays
- Set up, maintain, and run the current systems, including resolving hardware and software problems
- Resolve internal IT support tickets quickly and effectively
- Encourage the fulfillment centers to print labels early in the day
- Setup and maintain the team’s Google Suite tools (onboarding/offboarding)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an IT Support Engineer
- Knowledge of technology and tools for remote help, such as TeamViewer
- Must be extremely responsive, especially to avoid shipping delays
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
