Job Title: IT Support Intern
We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our team and help keep our systems and customers running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients.
- Troubleshoot issues related to our messaging platforms, APIs, and VAS tools.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve client issues.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of technical support tickets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud-based systems..
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SMS platforms, messaging gateways, or telco systems is a plus.
