Description

Job Title: IT Support Intern

We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our team and help keep our systems and customers running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our messaging platforms, APIs, and VAS tools.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of technical support tickets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role.
  • Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud-based systems..
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with SMS platforms, messaging gateways, or telco systems is a plus.
