Junior Email Marketing Specialist at ANH

Job Description:

Always Never Home is looking for an experienced Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our email marketing campaigns using Substack and ChatGPT platforms. Your duties will include creating compelling content, developing customer segments, establishing personalization strategies and analyzing performance metrics.

To be successful in this position, you must have some understanding of email marketing principles and practices as well as experience working with Substack or Mailchimp. You should also possess excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop 2 engaging emails per week

– Monitor customer interaction data through platform analytics tools (Substack & Google Analytics)

– Create segmented lists based on target audiences

– Establish A/B testing protocols across various campaigns

– Optimize automated campaigns by analyzing KPIs

Requirements:

– Proven experience in email marketing (6+ months preferred)

– Knowledge of email deliverability best practices

– Working knowledge of SubStack & Mailchimp platforms

– Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Bonus

– Experience using ChatGPT
– Proficient in HTML programming language (For editing email templates)
