We are seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Account Manager to support client accounts, social media activities, content coordination, reporting, and day-to-day account management.
Requirements
* Support the management of assigned client accounts.
* Assist with social media strategies and content calendars.
* Coordinate with the creative team on content development and approvals.
* Schedule approved social media content.
* Assist with monitoring social media campaigns and performance.
* Support the preparation of client performance reports.
* Maintain accurate account trackers and project records.
* Communicate client updates, requirements, and issues to the Senior Account Manager.
* Support timely delivery of client work and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
* Interest or basic experience in social media management and digital marketing.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
* Basic Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.
* Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
