You’ll consult with the creative team and let your imagination loose to interpret and develop concepts for our game, translating the briefs and leading a highly talent art team. You’ll combine perception and skill to produce aesthetic visual references and work in a variety of mediums.

Day-to-Day

• Build, lead and inspire a best-in-class art team
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and interpret the project brief
• Present concepts, research, and references to the project team
• Interpret initial ideas and creating quick sketch drafts for review
• Participate in feedback consultations and note changes
• Manage project timelines and schedules and report any issues to the leadership team

• A portfolio of work demonstrating strong artistic and storytelling ability
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization
• Proficient in a variety of digital programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Ability to deliver high-quality artwork against tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpretation abilities
• Willingness to learn new software programs and tools
