Learning and Development Officer at SiSa

Job Description

• Coordinate training interventions
• Design training curriculums and training materials including PowerPoint slides, pre-read materials, worksheets, etc.
• Facilitate training sessions as a member of the training faculty
• Prepare training reports to be sent to the client
• Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell & cross sell services to clients
• Prepare proposals for submission to prospects
• Oversee the proper capturing, filing and storage of client data and documents
• Provide leadership oversight for interns and junior associates.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience in a related role, preferably in a consulting firm
• Exceptional Business writing skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Proven leadership competencies
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Good IT skills and must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A relevant BSc degree. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
