Job Title: Legal Operations Manager

At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment.

We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Operations Manager to support our legal team. The individual will support the legal team in a variety of ways, including contract management, vendor management, KYC/AML, and general legal operations. The individual will hit the ground running from day one.

You Will:

• Take ownership of Movement Labs’ contract management platforms, collaborating with the relevant teams at each service provider and managing access and use of tools
• Manage and update legal templates and process documents
• Partner with Legal team to manage of KYC/AML process
• Provide operational support to maintain, evaluation, and improve internal processes

You Have:

• 2-4 years of paralegal experience in a fast paced environment
• Legal or compliance training within a law firm
• Familiarity with contract management systems
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and processes
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive issues with professionalism
• Comfort working with various contracts and the ability to thoroughly provide feedback/edits
• Bachelor’s Degree
