Job Title: LinkedIn Growth and Community Manager

As we expand our presence in the tech industry, we are looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Community Manager to increase our brand visibility, grow our LinkedIn following, and connect with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Grow and Engage NexusNova’s LinkedIn Audience:
  Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy to increase company page followers.
  Actively engage with business leaders, startups, decision-makers, and potential clients.
  Identify and connect with companies, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders who may benefit from NexusNova’s software solutions.
• Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
  Create and schedule high-quality LinkedIn posts that showcase NexusNova’s software development expertise.
  Share case studies, industry insights, and success stories to position NexusNova as a trusted software provider.
  Repurpose content into LinkedIn articles, infographics, and discussions to drive engagement.
• Networking & Business Development:
  Identify and reach out to businesses and startups in need of software solutions.
  Join and participate in LinkedIn Groups related to software development, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
  Monitor industry trends and leverage them to establish NexusNova’s thought leadership.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization:
  Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, lead generation) and refine strategies.
  Use LinkedIn Analytics & external tools to track progress and optimize post timing and content.
  Provide monthly reports on LinkedIn growth and key business connections made.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn pages for a B2B/B2C tech company.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, engagement strategies, and networking best practices.
• Ability to craft compelling posts that generate engagement and attract potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills with a business development mindset.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads & Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Experience in software development, SaaS, IT services, or graphics design is a bonus.
