Poppin is a social App, one of the new brands under Transmios. Transmios is a sister company to Transsion Holdings (the owners of Tecno mobile). Poppin App is a youthful avatar-centric chat app specially designed for target audience around 16-35 years of age in order for them to chase boredom, reach out to their friends & even new friends faster using avatar characters to create mood/activities in a more creative and fun manner as against just regular chats. Just like every other business, we are seriously working to add more features and push new versions in the nearest future. At the center of these ever-evolving innovations comes Poppin, an avatar focused ChatApp that helps people creatively connect with ease.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the app, including brand promotion, user acquisition and retention, and sales and revenue optimization.

2. Conduct market research to understand current market trends and competitors’ marketing strategies.

3. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment across all marketing channels and campaigns.

4. Coordinate communication with other teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals and strategies.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

6. Increase the app’s online visibility through various means including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.

7. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.

8. Manage and guide the marketing team, providing support and training for their development.

 

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in App / internet based product, preferably in social products.

2. Excellent project management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

3. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams at all levels and external partners.

4. Familiarity with the latest market trends and marketing strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.

5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make decisions based on marketing data.
