Job Title: Marketing Manager/Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager/Associate to elevate our brand presence and spearhead marketing initiatives at Aries Markets. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Growth, focusing on both strategic direction and tactical execution to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and launches.
• Social Media Marketing:
  • Grow social media accounts for Aries Markets
  • Come up with creative ideas for attracting users and posting (there will be periods with no announcements where the account will need to remain active)
  • Create and manage campaigns for community, user, and developer attraction with sustainable results
  • Monitor campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage collaborations and co-marketing initiatives with partners and other projects
• Content Creation:
  • Oversee the production of engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and white papers.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
  • Write outlines for tweets, blog posts, and technical articles
• Community Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain a vibrant community engagement strategy to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Organize and participate in events to foster community interaction and increase brand awareness.
• Analytics and Performance:
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on marketing in the crypto or DeFi space.
• Creative acumen with a track record of innovative marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Solid understanding of brand positioning within the rapidly evolving crypto marketplace.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $150,000. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
