Job Titles: Marketing Manager.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager who will also lead our sales initiatives. This role is essential to building YPMC’s brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing marketing strategies, creating high-impact sales materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Prior experience with tech companies or startups is a strong advantage.
This is a full-time role with a starting monthly salary of 200,000 Naira.
Your Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost retention.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales efforts by creating effective sales materials, presentations, and campaigns that clearly communicate YPMC’s value proposition.
- Digital Campaign Management: Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and reach new audiences.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track the success of marketing and sales initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to refine YPMC’s approach and ensure we remain competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a tech or logistics company.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, sales strategies, and brand-building.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to convey brand messages effectively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or tech industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
- Analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
