This is a volunteer remote role for a Membership Outreach Specialist at QuestLink Network. The Membership Outreach Specialist will be responsible for communication with members, bring in new member to the community, providing customer service, conducting research, engaging in community outreach, and writing communication materials.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing community members.
• Ability to develop and execute outreach strategies to grow and engage the community.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to use outreach tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM software, and social media.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in meeting outreach goals.
• Ability to analyze and measure outreach efforts, using key metrics to drive improvements.
