Motion Graphics & Video Editor at Maids.cc, Remote (Global)
We’re hiring a Motion Graphics & Video Editor who blends design, editing, and storytelling to create thumb-stopping ads that convert. You’ll take concepts from storyboard to final cut—mixing crisp editing, kinetic typography, 2D/3D graphics, and strong design sense.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and animate high-impact short-form ads (5–30s) for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display.
- Produce multiple versions (hooks, CTAs, languages, formats) for rapid A/B testing against CTR, CAC, ROAS, and watch-time.
- Integrate graphics with live-action footage—compositing, tracking, and blending 2D/3D for stronger storytelling.
- Design branded assets (style frames, icon sets, transitions, lower thirds) to keep content fresh and consistent.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign goals.
- Spot trends early—adapt meme formats, cultural moments, and platform effects into new ad styles.
- Maintain organized workflows—naming conventions, version control, and libraries to speed up iteration.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years editing and designing short-form ads or social content.
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects + Premiere Pro (essential); DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D are a plus.
- Graphic design expertise: typography, color, layout, and mobile-first composition.
- Ability to connect creativity with performance data—translating metrics (CTR, watch-time, thumb-stop) into design and editing tweaks.
- Portfolio/reel with at least 5 social ads showing both design and editing strength.
- Good English communication.
