Job Description
- Job Title: Office Administrator
- Job Type: Temporary
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Job Location: Middlesbrough – office based
- Salary: £21,398 per annum
As the Regional Office Administrator youll support the Regional Manager by organising work for the customer facing operational teams, this will involve booking the removal contractor, raising the purchase orders, booking accommodation and making sure that the stationery supplies are kept to a minimum order level.
You’ll open new accounts for new customers, follow up on the progress of projects, and liaise with the clients to update them of the progress.
You’ll support with the scheduling of the daily jobs for the surveyors, making sure that all job cards are raised, and they are aware of their daily visits to site.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, youll need an office based background and will have hands-on experience in a similar role where you have regular interaction with clients, via telephone and attending and representing the company at meetings. An excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential.
A typing qualification such as RSA typewriting or word processing would be advantageous.
In addition to the above, you’ll also demonstrate;
- Excellent Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent use of Word, Excel and Access
- Good typing speed
