The Operations Professional (Ops Pro) supports our Workforce Solutions Division and has responsibility over a wide range of tasks. The ideal Ops Pro will be capable of seeing the big picture of where the division is headed, while staying focused on the details that are required to get us there. Broad familiarity with back-office systems, HR processes, and employee onboarding will be key to your success. The ability to empathize and interact with people from all backgrounds will also be helpful.

JOB SUMMARY

• Lead and assist new hires through the entire journey of joining the company.
• Be the primary point of contact for employees once they have joined Akorbi, and serve as an enthusiastic advocate of the employee and the company.
• Help employees navigate internal Akorbi processes like onboarding, payroll, benefits, requesting time off, offboarding, etc.
• Update and maintain records and sensitive information related to employees.
• Understand and follow internal (Akorbi) and external (client) processes and systems.
• Perform due diligence with background checks, drug screens, employee eligibility and compliance issues.
• Create, maintain, and update employee files and records using company back-office systems.
• Understand our company policies, procedures, and benefits, and be able to communicate them to others.
• Accomplish other tasks as assigned.
• Learn, understand, and follow the company’s core values and mission, and be able to articulate and represent this to our employees
