Operations Analyst – Digital Content

This Digital Content Operations Analyst role is under the Digital Content Operations and Category Experience team who works specifically with this Fortune 50 retail client’s eCommerce platform. In this role you will be working heavily with vendors and various internal stakeholders to execute enhancements to optimize the operations behind the website, such as category refreshes, category & image audits, content updates and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of work experience in a professional environment
• Great communication skills and vendor management experience
• Super detail oriented and organized
• Fast learner/“go getter”
• Team player
• Proficient in Excel
• Data Analysis & eCommerce experience preferred
• Experience using a ticketing system (like ZenDesk or comparable systems) is a plus

Day to Day:

• Utilizing internal ticketing system (ZenDesk) to communicate with both vendors and internal teams
• Working on audits (I.E. enrichment audits, category audits, etc.) and addressing tickets in a timely manner
• Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for data maintenance and analysis
• Communicating with vendors weekly
• Process Improvement mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Page and content refreshes
• Identifying and executing cross-functional merchandising opportunities
• Occasionally work on ad hoc projects with other groups
