About the job

Our client’s Technology Operations Analyst job is a newly created full-time, Monday-Friday position at their corporate office in West Allis, WI. As Technology Operations Analyst, you will manage programs such as the contingent staffing Applicant Tracking System, engagement platform, job parsing software, and more. Additionally, you will learn the functions of each program to meet operational goals.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid in West Allis, WI or remote for Midwest candidates.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with ALL departments within the healthcare staffing company analyzing current business processes and systems
  • Support and develop effective use of business systems and technology platforms on existing AI features and data to advance our efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain system documentation to use in training and SOPs
  • Serve as the technology project lead for system selections, implementations
  • Collaborate with the present 3rd party technology platform vendors
  • Troubleshoot software and collaborate with vendors to determine the cause of failure
  • Be accountable for tracking, monitoring and reporting the results of actualization of technology
  • Build interactive dashboards for such reporting, for the company’s Executive Team

Required Experience:

  • Office 365 for business (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms): 2 years
  • Data visualization processes and software, such as Power BI: 2 years
  • API/webhooks: 2 years
  • Applicant Tracking System: 2 years (Bonus if you have experience working in staffing or healthcare environments)
  • System and process creation: 2 years
