Executive Summary

The Sage Group’s Client, the leading food delivery service and more, is looking for an Operations Associate to help improve merchant experience across support, fraud and marketing. All three areas are crucial customer touchpoints that directly impact how merchants (i.e. customers) view and experience our product and brand. We are looking for someone who is hungry, detail-oriented and has a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• You will become the initial point of contact for all inbound customer support inquiries by proactively identifying and solving issues in a rapid, efficient, and friendly manner
• You will perform research on potential fraud claims by conducting in depth account reviews, collecting the appropriate facts/information, and identifying the best solution for path forward
• You will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns for our products in various stages of maturity. You will create timelines, manage the QA process, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, execute campaigns, and track/monitor operations metrics
• You may have the opportunity to learn and explore other areas of the Capital business such as (sales, product, strategy, etc.)
• You will aggregate, analyze and report on key data metrics to help influence decisions on multiple early-stage product features and GTM initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Strong writing skills and can detect and correct grammar and sentence structure
• Proficient with Google sheets and excel formulas
• Independent thinker and self-starter
• An ownership mindset and can creatively problem solve
• Familiarity with SQL (nice to have)
