We are seeking a seasoned and skilled operations coordinator for our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our office and ensure that logistical needs are met. You will coordinate with vendors, handle billing/expenditures, and maintain stock of all supplies. You will also greet visitors and conduct some clerical duties. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.

• Oversee daily operations of the order Fulfillment team
• Schedule and coordinate vendors
• Remain on budget by always seeking the best prices for supplies and services
• Serve as the “air traffic controller” of operations by identifying and navigating logistical challenges throughout the week.
• Foster good working relationships with vendors and service providers
• Monitor day-to-day fulfillment operations across multiple regions simultaneously, ensuring high levels of efficiency, quality, and execution.
• Actively communicate with the Delivery team to troubleshoot intraday operational issues.
• Play a critical role in launch/expansion efforts through effective construct planning & analysis
• Provide critical feedback to and work directly with engineering teams to continuously improve system performance & execution.
• Identify and research events that may impede operations and devise effective countermeasures to mitigate them.

Minimum Requirements

• Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
• Experience in the customer service field is a preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
• Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
