Position Details
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in Operations leadership team, facilitating and governing all aspects of supporting our markets. The Operations Coordinator will specifically direct and support the work of the National Operations Group. The Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations initiatives surrounding project support, cross-functional coordination with project team, reporting, and divisional health.
Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and drive operational workflows for high level
- Organize & lead online or in person meetings to drive results
- Create reports that may be used for either Executive or Customer facing needs
- Analyze projects, markets, and programs and distribute findings to share successes or losses
- Agility to modify and evolve processes based on peer feedback to help support operational goals and growth
- Perform cross-functional coordination between leadership groups with project investment when working on a task
- Assist Operational teams with training the workforce in new processes, refresher courses and enhancements to enforce company guidelines and best practices
- Work with operations and project control peers monitor the financial health of projects and programs
- Support various shareholders with operational, contractual, and financial questions to drive accurate results
- Support group financials, including monthly and yearly reporting metrics on both earned revenue, accruals, and cost over margin
- Ability to develop a working understanding of several departments to better support the operational teams
- Manage time investment from multiple shareholders to produce project results
- Ability to self-prioritize task list to deliver quality results
- Promoting the Tilson brand, culture and vision when interacting with team members
- Provide point of escalation for internal stakeholders on assigned projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related degree preferred
- Experience in Operational Management preferred
- Telecom industry experience preferred
- Must have strong leadership and organizational development skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Task Oriented
- Proven record of working successfully with ambiguous information and limited direction
- Proficiency with software systems commonly seen in Telecom: Microsoft Suite, ArcGIS, Viewpoint, MobileForce, Smartsheets, and others
