• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Plan and Develop the Project Idea.
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
• Solve Issues That Arise.
• Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
• Evaluate Project Performance and train where necessary.
• Analyzing and managing project risk.
• Managing reports and necessary documentation.
• Controlling time management.
• Organizing and motivating a project team.
• Cost estimating and developing the budget.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
• Ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Engage employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Work with the ceo to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
