Operations Manager, Binance

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager/ Specialist who will join our Global Operations team. The position scope will be responsible for backend system control and management to ensure stable operations of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the company’s operating system as a super admin
• Coordinate between several departments to resolve system-related problems.
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation.
• Participate in related projects and initiatives in general
• Other related duties are allocated by the team leader.
• Follow and adhere to management principles and SOP
• Resolve and manage monitoring alert and alert configuration

Requirements

• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
• Strong experience in cross-collaboration within the company
• Good understanding of financial or blockchain trading business
• Be sensitive to processes, and has clear, logical thinking for related duties
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, driven, and quick-learner
