Job Title: Packing and Dispatch Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 200,000 – 220,000 (depending on value and experience)

Position Overview

The Packing and Dispatch Supervisor oversees the packaging and dispatch of products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely shipments.
Key responsibilities include supervising the packing team, maintaining packing schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams, resolving dispatch issues, and driving process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Not less than 5 years experience with a manufacturing company.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or dispatch role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking orders.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping processes.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and health & safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
