Partnership And Program Manager
The Partnership and Program Manager will be responsible for the effective sourcing and management of partnerships and programs.
The P&P Manager will work across and within the organisation to ensure the effective coordination and reporting of all activities.
You will be responsible for organising programs and activities for our organisation. In addition, you will be tasked with developing programs to support the organisation’s strategic direction and creating and managing long-term goals.
Also, you will be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
What You Will Do:
- Developing and organising programs per the organisation’s goals to support the organisation’s strategic direction.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Effective communication with partners (contract agreement, milestone, final and evaluation report) and team across the board.
- Write high-quality milestone reports, project reports & evaluation reports
- Effective management of project and program budgets and monthly, quarterly, and end of program financial reporting for all projects. This also includes ensuring that the program team follows all required financial and procurement policies and procedures and complies with ReDahlia and partners policies and standards.
- Contributing to strategic decision-making and design of the programs, including engagement with key stakeholders. Ensure programs are designed and implemented to high quality, ensuring programs are creating deep impact for entrepreneurs and measuring the impact.
- Representing ReDahlia and its projects. This may involve public speaking, presenting the project or program to key stakeholders such as donors, partners and other relevant stakeholders; presenting program outcomes and impact to the key partner and donor; and presenting the program strategy and key updates to ReDahlia’s Leadership Team.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
What We Are Looking For
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills with partners (including donors, government ministries, NGO and private sector partners)
- Effective Report writing skills
- High-level computer skills (particularly MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in managing program budgets
- Demonstrated commitment to ReDahlia’s Vision, Mission and Values
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Male or female with a first degree (business background) from a tertiary institution not more than 30 years old.
