Job Title: Patient Inquiry Specialist

Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries using pre-built message templates.
  • Manage a daily volume of approximately 750 messages, contributing to the team’s goal of processing 6,000 messages per day.
  • Ensure response times average less than 15 minutes, with a target of responding within 3 minutes when possible.
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance metrics and improve efficiency.
  • Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional communication to patients at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet performance goals.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role is preferred but not required.

Performance Metrics:

  • Average daily message handling: 750 messages.
  • Average response time: Less than 15 minutes, with a target of 3 minutes.
