Job Title: Patient Inquiry Specialist
Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries using pre-built message templates.
- Manage a daily volume of approximately 750 messages, contributing to the team’s goal of processing 6,000 messages per day.
- Ensure response times average less than 15 minutes, with a target of responding within 3 minutes when possible.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance metrics and improve efficiency.
- Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional communication to patients at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet performance goals.
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role is preferred but not required.
Performance Metrics:
