Job Title: Personal Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

* Handle confidential information with discretion.

* Coordinate and represent Project Director as well as manage office supplies and equipment.

* Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

* Organize and support company events, workshops, and meetings.

* Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

* Competent in report writing I.e. power point presentations. Document management.

* Handle confidential materials and conversations with finesse.

Salary: N150,000 – N210,000 and other benefits & bonuses
