Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Operations Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to support an Operations Specialist with diverse professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
This role requires initiative and problem-solving skills to assist with administrative duties, project coordination, and scheduling, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage email correspondence, prioritise messages, and respond where appropriate.
- Maintain and organise digital files, documents, and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Draft, proofread, and format reports or presentations.
- Task and Workflow Management
- Track progress on personal and professional projects.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Organise to-do lists and prioritise actions based on deadlines and importance.
Project Coordination
- Assist with research for business development and content projects.
- Handle basic data entry, online research, or other ad hoc tasks.
- Support operational projects for Klick Africa and other ventures as needed.
- Personal Errands
- Coordinate logistics for travel, appointments, or household tasks.
- Manage and monitor subscriptions or memberships.
- Creative and Technical Assistance
- Help monitor writing deadlines and content schedules (e.g., Webnovel or EchoExo projects).
- Conduct research for story ideas or assist with marketing strategies for RipplingEcho.
- Use basic tools for document formatting, data organisation, or social media support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with content creation platforms, e-commerce, or basic project management (a plus).
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Compensation: NGN50,000/month
- Hours: Flexible but must be available during work hours (9 AM–6 PM).
