Personal Assistant at Workcentral, Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective scheduling and reminders.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for the MD.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for the MD.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Provide meeting support (minutes, summaries, and action points).
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively offer solutions to improve productivity.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Business Administration, Office Technology, or related field.
- Certification as a Virtual Assistant from ALX, Coursera, or any reputable institution.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools or systems.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Courteous and professional in dealing with people at all levels.
- Flexible and reliable, willing to work extended hours as required.
- Positive, energetic, and committed to supporting the MD’s goals and Workcentral’s mission.
