Location: Must be able to commute to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Compensation: ₦300,000 per month (Full-Time, Hybrid Role)
We’re looking for a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Male Personal Assistant to support daily business and personal coordination tasks.
The ideal candidate is reliable, smart, and capable of handling research, scheduling, and follow-ups with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
• Manage and organize daily plans, reminders, and to-do lists
• Conduct research (suppliers, logistics, products, and services)
• Coordinate errands, deliveries, and vendor follow-ups
• Maintain organized files, reports, and project updates
• Provide weekly progress reports and ensure all priorities stay on track
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Admin, or Operations role
• Must be extremely organized, disciplined, and proactive
• Tech-savvy and confident using:
• Google Sheets, Docs, and Calendar, Canva (basic design), Notion, Trello, or other task tools
• WhatsApp Business and email communication
• Must be well-presented, discreet, and dependable
• Must be able to work hybrid and come in 2–3 times a week to Lekki Phase 1
